I was just inspired by these wallcoverings and I have made a simple mood board just to satisfy myself.

Retail
I designed this shop with a touch of femininity. White walls and accented with the pink silk fabric which is so hard to find got it at Duralee. The furniture are customade it took me a couple of furniture shops to agree about it since its so intricate with the curves. But the hard work paid off. The shop looks great and dainty. The best part is the business is doing well.

Lovely Home Accessories by Designers Guild. Here's a story, before i used to order fabrics from them through a supplier in Dubai. Every time they send me their new collections/catalogue my boss used to argue with me about the shipment fees but i just nod and say its Designers Guild...and he'll just laugh at me coz he knows that im so into them..These collections proved that!

I'll get one of these...
The themes in Audrey Kawasaki's work are contradictions within themselves. Her work is both innocent and erotic. Each subject is attractive yet disturbing. Audrey's precise technical style is at once influenced by both manga comics and Art Nouveau. Her sharp graphic imagery is combined with the natural grain of the wood panels she paints on, bringing an unexpected warmth to enigmatic subject matter. The figures she paints are seductive and contain an air of melancholy. They exist in their own sensually esoteric realm, yet at the same time present a sense of accessibility that draws the observer to them. These mysterious young women captivate with the direct stare of their bed.
I just have to have one of her works and have it hanged in my bedroom or in the foyer just like the gallery looks like.Lovely piece of art...
